Great for my 6 year old!

My son had so much fun with this. He was able to independently build, and played around with formations a ton!

    Great crate!

My 5-year old grandson with his father's help built this pinball machine. He was so thrilled with it and plays with it every day.

    Grandson lives in another state

These monthly surprises are a fun way for us to stay connected! After he builds it we facetime and I love to see him be proud of his accomplishment.

    Loves it

Grandson LOVES it. There is some trouble getting it to stay together; otherwise it has been a real hit. Could be the child's assembly skills, but for 7, he does amazingly well in my book.

    fun for co-op play

My daughter (8) and her friend (6) had a great time building this one together. I had them each take turns picking a part to install. They still play with it from time to time now, even months later. Fun!

My 4 year old LOVED This

Our very first crate. My four year old at first was hesitant, but once he started putting this together and then realized this was an actual game that HE had built - the joy was priceless. He spent hours and days playing with this and redesigning the pin ball machine (which was easy for him to do). Both he and his sister love this pinball machine!

    Very fun and well made!!!

My 5 year old and I completed this crate this morning. I noticed quickly that the set is very well made. I appreciated that the set was put together using brads and washers, as that's something that my 5 year old can actively do. He did have trouble putting the dowels into the board, but once I did that he was able to assemble the rubber bands on his own. We started with the configuration on the box, and then read the story to start to understand how the ball was being pushed around by the other parts. Once he understood what was happening, he started moving rubber bands around on his own to see what would happen. I know he isn't an expert on the laws of motion yet ;-), but this set encouraged our discussion about angles (if we take the rubber band off, the ball comes right back to us, so we need angles to get the ball where we want it) and speed (oh, that time we didn't hit the ball fast enough... let's try again and see what happens...).

    Fun craft

The kids liked it so much I had to take it away for a bit. They fought over it. A 8 and 3 year old. They loved decorating the paper and use the crayon for other things. The idea of being able to change it up is great. Making it maybe an inch wider would be better. Easy to make it go to the same place every time. But the three year old loved it no matter. Both were able to assemble and play with ease.

    First crate 4-2017

This was our first crate and it happen to come on a day that was rainy. My 7, 5, and 2.5 yr old all wanted to play. They loved the stacking crayon, putting the pegs in and shooting the marbles. The materials were good quality and the activity was fun without being too challenging. Great activity for a rainy day!

    one of our favorites

This is by far, one of our favorite Kiwi Crates! My son was mesmerized by this and had a lot of fun making the pinball game, more and more challenging. Great idea, and thanks! Really loved it.
