- whole wheat pita (1)
- good marinara or pasta sauce (2 tablespoons)
- eggs (2)
- lowfat milk (1 tablespoon)
- shredded part skim mozzarella cheese (1/3 to 1/2 cup)
- bacon chopped into small pieces (1 or 2 pieces) - use veggie, turkey or pork
