Fruit Ice Cream
How we did it:
- strawberries (2/3 cup) - frozen or fresh
- sugar (1/4 cup)
- yogurt (plain) (1 1/3 cups)
- ice cream cones
Put 2/3 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen) in your blender.
Add 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 1/3 cups of plain yogurt to the blender.
Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a dish. Cover and freeze for about 2 hours.
Scoop your fruity ice cream into a cone and enjoy. It is so fruity and delicious!
