How we did it:
- hot glue gun
- sequins (optional)
- parchment paper
The trick to this project is working fast. Everything should be ready to go so you can get the sparkles onto the glue before it dries.
You can free hand shapes with the glue or use a pencil to draw them onto the parchment paper first. For a younger child, the grown-up can draw the hot glue shape using the glue gun and the child can sprinkle the glitter or sequins on top.
We poured the excess glitter into a bowl and waited for the glue to dry. Once dry it peels right off the parchment paper.
My daughter has found a new little treasure to collect. She could not stop making these fun gems!
