- nonfat greek yogurt (1 6 oz containe)
- small skin on persian cucumbers (2) - or hothouse, spit in half seeds removed
- minced garlic (1/2 teaspoon)
- small lemon (1)
- olive oil (1 teaspoon)
- kosher salt & fresh ground pepper
