How we did it:
- pasta - (various shapes)
Sort different shaped pastas. Put a small amount of paint on a paper plate for your child.
First we painted the noodles with the paint brush but then we discovered it was also fun to dip the noodles into the paint or roll them through different colors of paint. Let the noodles dry on a paper plate for about an hour.
Once the noodles are dry, glue them onto a piece of construction paper.
Remember: creating is about the process, not the end product. My daughter, 2.5 years old, named her creation "Noodle Party" and my son, 5.5 years old, designed his masterpiece as a Wipeout course.
