Shrinky Dink Handprint Keychain

How we did it:
Materials List
- shrink form sheets
- permanent marker
- hole punch
- key chain ring
- scissors
- parchment paper
-
Plain shrink form sheets are available in any craft store and are a great way for kids to personalize little treasures.
-
I traced both my children's hands on a shrink form sheet.
-
Emma wrote her name right on her hand using a permanent marker. Next, I helped to cut the hands out.
-
I used a large hole punch to make a hole for the key ring. If you don't have a large punch just use the standard size several times to make a larger hole.
-
Onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet they went and into the oven. I followed my shrink form instructions and placed them in a 300 degree oven for just a minute or so. They curl up and then flatten out and that's how you know they're done.
-
Look how small they got! The kids loved this!
-
They fit right into my hand. My perfect treasures.
