Three-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

How we did it:
Materials List
- peanut butter (1 cup)
- sugar (1 cup)
- eggs (1)
- pan
- parchment paper
- bowl
- spoon
- fork
-
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
-
Crack one egg into a bowl. If you are working with a little one, you can measure the ingredients for them. For older children, they can do it themselves. My 2.5 year old loved pouring the ingredients in herself!
-
Measure and add in a cup of sugar.
-
Measure and add in a cup of peanut butter. This can get sticky--make sure your child has clean hands and fingers!
-
Mix the three ingredients together well with a spoon. My daughter loved this part and was able to do it all on her own!
-
Drop the dough by the spoonful on the parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
-
Take a fork and lightly press down on each cookie. My daughter thought this part was very funny!
-
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Do not over-bake! They should come out soft.
-
Cool and enjoy! My daughter gobbled her cookies down with a nice glass of cold milk.
