Berry Smash Ups Snack
How we did it:
- bananas (2)
- berries (1/3 cup) - strawberries or blueberries
- yogurt (plain) (1 cup)
- honey (2 Tablespoons)
Peel 2 bananas and put them into a bowl. Add 1/3 cup of berries (strawberries or blueberries).
Scoop in one cup of vanilla yogurt.
Add 2 Tablespoons of honey.
Now here is the fun part! Put a plastic bag on each hand (or use clean, bare hands) and mash up all of the ingredients. She couldn't stop giggling as she smashed and mixed the fruit. (You can also use a potato masher if you don't want to use your hands.)
Once the ingredients are fully mashed and mixed, scoop it into several cups.
Eat now or freeze until later. So delicious!
She was so proud that she made it herself!
