How we did it:

Materials List

  1. graham crackers (3)
  2. cream cheese (3 Tablespoons)
  3. vanilla yogurt (1/2 cup)
  4. maple syrup (3 Tablespoons)
  5. small cups (5)
  1. Put 3 graham crackers (long pieces, not halves) into a sealed plastic bag. Break the crackers into small crumbs. She used an ice cream scoop to break the crackers.

  2. Put the graham cracker crumbs in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of cream cheese. Use your hands to mix the two ingredients together. All of the crumbs should be coated in cream cheese.

  3. Put a little bit of the crumb mixture into each cup. This recipe makes about 5 cups.

  4. Press it down and against the sides to form the crunchy crust.

  5. In a different bowl, add 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt and 3 Tablespoons of maple syrup. Stir until they are well mixed.

  6. Add a spoonful of the yogurt mixture into each cup.

  7. Eat right away or freeze for an hour and then enjoy. Delicious!
