Crunchy Frozen Yogurt Cups
How we did it:
- graham crackers (3)
- cream cheese (3 Tablespoons)
- vanilla yogurt (1/2 cup)
- maple syrup (3 Tablespoons)
- small cups (5)
Put 3 graham crackers (long pieces, not halves) into a sealed plastic bag. Break the crackers into small crumbs. She used an ice cream scoop to break the crackers.
Put the graham cracker crumbs in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of cream cheese. Use your hands to mix the two ingredients together. All of the crumbs should be coated in cream cheese.
Put a little bit of the crumb mixture into each cup. This recipe makes about 5 cups.
Press it down and against the sides to form the crunchy crust.
In a different bowl, add 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt and 3 Tablespoons of maple syrup. Stir until they are well mixed.
Add a spoonful of the yogurt mixture into each cup.
Eat right away or freeze for an hour and then enjoy. Delicious!
