Ranch Dressing Recipe

My children will eat anything if they can dip it into ranch dressing! So I decided to create a healthier alternative that my children can make themselves.

Materials List

  1. greek yogurt (8 oz)
  2. seasoning (1 tsp)
  3. fresh chives (1 tsp)
  4. fresh parsley (1 tsp)

  1. This was so simple to make and tasted just like ranch, but much healthier.

  2. My daughter added the entire container of yogurt to a small bowl.

  3. Next, she put in a teaspoon of our seasoning mix. We love Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute, but any good mix will work. You can add more if you want a zestier dip.

  4. Next, we added the chives and parsley. We keep a pair of children's scissors in our kitchen for food use only. This is a great safe tool for children to cut fresh herbs with.

  5. A good mix to our dip and a plate of fresh veggies and we were all set for a healthy afternoon snack.

  6. My children finished off an entire plate of vegetables! Gotta love that!
