Three-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Three-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Yummy, what could be better than a warm plate of peanut butter cookies? This recipe is one of my and my daughter's favorite--they're as delicious to eat as they are easy to make!

How we did it:

Materials List

  1. peanut butter (1 cup)
  2. sugar (1 cup)
  3. eggs (1)
  4. pan
  5. parchment paper
  6. bowl
  7. spoon
  8. fork
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Crack one egg into a bowl. If you are working with a little one, you can measure the ingredients for them. For older children, they can do it themselves. My 2.5 year old loved pouring the ingredients in herself!

  3. Measure and add in a cup of sugar.

  4. Measure and add in a cup of peanut butter. This can get sticky--make sure your child has clean hands and fingers!

  5. Mix the three ingredients together well with a spoon. My daughter loved this part and was able to do it all on her own!

  6. Drop the dough by the spoonful on the parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.

  7. Take a fork and lightly press down on each cookie. My daughter thought this part was very funny!

  8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Do not over-bake! They should come out soft.

  9. Cool and enjoy! My daughter gobbled her cookies down with a nice glass of cold milk.
