Glitter Polka Dot Easter Eggs

Glitter Polka Dot Easter Eggs

I love decorating Easter eggs, but there are only so many hard-boiled eggs one family needs, and and blown eggs are far too fragile for young kids. So I was delighted to find this clever way to have the fun of Easter egg decorating without having us eating eggs for a week! These were so fun to make, and they’ll make a beautiful centerpiece for Easter brunch year after year.

  1. Gather your materials.

  2. Place your glue dots on the paper mâché egg. Firmly press each dot onto the surface of the egg while still on the glue-dot roll, then pull the roll away to remove the backing.

  3. Cover your workspace with kraft paper or work over a tray, and sprinkle glitter on the glue dots.

  4. Roll the egg into your tray to make sure the glue dots are fully covered with glitter.
