How we did it:

Materials List

  1. craft sticks
  2. mod podge
  3. colored paper
  4. foam brush (or paintbrush)
  5. markers
  6. black pen (or marker)
  7. scissors
  1. Gather your materials.

  2. Decorate the first craft stick with hair. Use the black pen or black marker to draw a face.

  3. Cut out a thin strip of paper (about 2 inches long) for each doll. Paint a thin layer of Mod Podge on the craft stick and let it dry for a few seconds. Glue the paper on the stick and let it dry completely.

  4. Once the paper has dried, use the black pen to add details, like a collar, buttons, or pockets. You can also glue on more paper strips to create a skirt or pants. Use your markers and pen to finish the doll by drawing legs and shoes. How many different dolls can you create?
