How we did it:

Materials List

  1. colored paper
  2. scissors
  3. glue
  1. Use white paper to create the snowman's body. Use the colored paper to make a hat, scarf and buttons. Orange paper cut in a triangle makes the snowman's carrot nose. Use a Sharpie to add eyes and a mouth.

  2. Use the 5 Little Snowmen to act out the following rhymes. Five little snowmen standing in a row, Standing straight and tall in the deep, cold snow. Out came the sun, shining bright and hot all day, And one little snowman melted away. (Repeat with 4, 3, 2, 1, and 0.) 5 Little Snowmen 5 little snowmen sitting on the ground The first one said, "Oh my! Aren't we round!" The second one said, "There are snowflakes in the air." The third one said, "But we don't care." The fourth one said, "Let's run and run and run." The fifth one said, "I'm ready for some winter fun." Wooooo went the wind and out came the sun, and the five little snowman knew their fun was done.
