    Awesome indoor activity

Happy to have such an awesome activity to do while stuck in the house during the winter. We have played so many fun tunes with the music machine.

    Playtime is longer than expected

The best part about this crate was that my son could keep changing the beats and playing new "songs".

    So many types of learning

The mixture of engineering and creativity in this crate is great. It helped my son use his mind to focus and build the machine while helping explore her imagination through music.

    Such a fun crate!

We we're looking forward for their next crate to come in and when wee got this one we had to open it right away. There was so much music and laughter going through our house, it was awesome!

Family time is the best time.

Putting this crate together with my kids was a great family activity. We were able to out together different parts of this crate and end up making different beats as a family.

    Found her new interest

Music Machines was such a fun and exciting project for my daughter. She really loved creating the machine and the beats! I think this opened her eyes (and ears) to how much she loves music.

Got her more involved in music

My daughter just started getting more involved in music, which made this crate her favorite so far. After learning more about sound and beats she is even more interested in exploring instruments and singing. Thanks KiwiCo!

    Really interesting topic!

This was so fun! We really liked how she could create different beats and how the magazine provided information on the science of sound.

    Continued play

Making the instruments themselves was fun, and then experimenting with different sounds and beats challenged my son to think outside the box. Being able to experiment and change the beats or sounds allowed for hours of play after making it!

    Innovative thinking

I thought making your own guitar out of the Kiwi box was brilliant; it taught my daughter that musical instruments can come in many different forms. It was also super awesome to teach the idea that the length of the rubber band changes the pitch of the sound.

    Great concept

This was a great way to learn about how music is created for my child. It was an involved process, but the steps were clear and concise so it was easy to make. My nephew has a real drum set and loved being able to make a mini one all by himself!
