  1. BEST of the best!

Review by Grandma J on September 6, 2018

I have purchased DOZENS of crates from the store to keep 10 grandchildren happy. Most have been a huge success. This one is the BEST! My pair of 10 year old twin grandsons got right to work on their own robot. No help needed from mom or dad - they're seasoned assemblers, excellent instruction, illustrations, and You Tube videos guide them through. My daughter sent me pictures and videos of the process from initial delight to completed robots on the march side by side. The most heartwarming moments were brothers helping each other when one robot initially wasn't interested in going anywhere and the other only wanted to go backwards! The boys troubleshooted for each other and resolved those minor issues. As a grandma, I LOVE presenting Tinker crates - educational fun in boxes that always elicit a "TINKER CRATE!!!" response! And THANK YOU for outstanding customer service as occasionally needed!

  2. Really good Tinkerzine edition and son enjoyed building the robot.

Review by Andy H. on August 14, 2018

The Tinkerzine edition was really good, and that the inclusion of Asimov's laws was a great way to connect to scifi literature and questions facing a future with autonomous robots. The descriptions of robots in use in both spectacular, like rovers, and mundane uses like baristas or hotel staff, gave kids a lot to grab on to when thinking about robotics. Our 11 year old son was vey happy building the robot itself.

  3. Challenging by rewarding crate.

Review by Sam C. on April 13, 2018

What I like about it, and all of your crates, is that they are challenging, but my eleven year old can still do them on her own. They are building her confidence, helping her focus on attention to detail, and giving her a sense of accomplishment. Thank you for what you do.

  4. Daughter and husband loved building the robot together!

Review by Cynthia W. on September 29, 2017

My daughter (and husband) built this and she was so proud of it. She took it to school to show everyone what she built. I love how confident she is becoming because of these crates!
