    Focused and fun

There were a lot of parts where I thought my child would get stuck on, but the instructions were easy to follow. Great job KiwiCo.

    A Favorite!

This Tinker crate was by far my son's favorite one. We got it when he was learning about trebuchets and ballistas in his engineering class. It's well made and it was neat to get the historical background.

    Fun games to play!

We enjoyed not only building this, but also playing the game at the end. We even started creating new games involving the ballista

    Keep it coming!

My daughter loved this crate so much and cannot wait for the next one to come in! The best part is that she will be playing with the ballista for a long time.

So much more than just the crate.

I really liked how you could use it over and over again even after you built it.

    Less screen time, more learning!

Maybe one of our favorite crates. It got him to stop playing video games and use his mind to really think and create.

    Easy to follow instructions

Cannot believe how focused she was when building this! The body and arms were a little challenging for her, but she followed the detailed instructions and got to it!

My son found a new interest

Really cool design and taught my son about physics and engineering. He also found the video tutorial super helpful for building the body.

    Great concept + history

Loved that my kids are not only receiving something to make and use, but also get a history lesson on what is being made. This crate gave my daughter the ability to build something on her own while also learning about the past. Very interactive after being completed.

    Fun and creative

This crate had a super interesting design for the ballista that gave my son the opportunity to really investigate the intricacies of the design. The ballista demonstrated a great scientific principle with detailed instructions and gave kids a chance to see physics at work with something they built independently. A very interactive project once completed and super fun all around.

    Cool device that really works

This project really captured my grandson's interest. The building experience was awesome and the included cups and balls added greatly to the play value once the ballista was completed. My grandson loved finding different angles to shoot with and knocking down his tower of cups!
