I'm not going to lie: I bought this as a joke after using so much of the sticky foam in projects from crates. I had friends help me with some of those crates, and we all agreed that sticky foam was the answer to most problems that couldn't be solved with other adhesives. So when a whole package of it came up for sale a while ago, I snapped it up and figured I'd leave it around on my coffee table as a gag. Then one day I was trying desperately to hold something together and tape was just not cutting it and I thought to myself "You know what I wish I had? Sticky foam from a crate." I sheepishly opened my joke package and, of course, it worked like a charm. I've gone through maybe a third of the stuff now and will absolutely be buying another set when these run out.
