Window Aquarium

A very creative friend gave me this idea when she cut all sorts of sea creatures out of paper with her daughter and turned her window into a beautiful aquarium. We finally tried this out using contact paper and stickers. It's so magical, I don't think we could ever take it down!

  • Step 2

I cut the contact paper to fit the width of our window. Next, I cut the tissue just slightly smaller to fit inside the contact sheet.

Into the window it goes. The contact paper holds the tissue in place and easily peels right off.

I set the kids free with a stack of sea-themed stickers. They loved building their beautiful aquarium and I loved watching their imaginations spark from this fun craft.
