Felt Cup Cozies

These cup cozies make a fantastic and useful party craft, or you can just have some laying in your kitchen drawer... they're ideal for being able to tell whose cup is whose!

Step-by-step tutorial

  • Step 1

    You could get fancy with these, if you like, and use pompoms or googly eye. We kept it simple (and super cute!) by just using felt.

  • Step 2

    The first job was mine--I cut the felt, using the cardboard wrapper as a template. We wrapped it around a cup and glued the seam to hold it together.

  • Step 3

    Maddie decided what she was making, and dug through our pile of felt, looking for her sheet and scraps. I offered to cut the felt for her, but she was managing just fine on her own this time.

    Eyes, ears, eyelashes, nose..... this pup is adorable!
