Step 1
Use pompoms, paper scraps, eyes or not...whatever you like best.
Step 2
Firs, we wanted to paint our clothespins. We let them dry, and started playing with the pompoms, imagining the creatures we could create. A bumblebee! Maddie drew and cut out the wings for her bee.
Step 3
Then she chose papers and a pipe cleaner for her butterfly.
Step 4
The caterpillar was finished! We glued all our materials onto the clothes pin, keeping in mind the head should go on the small, closed end.
Final result!
They'll work just fine for keeping our table cover in place! Happy picnicking!
