  • Step 1

    Gather your materials. Make sure you choose a loom size that easily slides over your head.

  • Step 3

    Start knitting, and continue until you have a tube that’s about 8 or 9 inches long. If you want a hat that folds over at the bottom, knit for 2-3 extra inches!

    Tip

    To change colors while knitting, tie a magic knot and trim the tails.

  • Step 4

    When you’re ready to bind off, reference the instructions in your Loom Knitting Set Quick Start Guide.

  • Step 5

    Pull the tail all the way to cinch the hat closed at the top.

  • Step 6

    Tie a knot & cut your tail. Then weave it into the hat.

  • Step 7

    Follow the instructions in your Pom-Pom Winder Set Quick Start Guide Make to make a pom pom for your hat. Make sure not to cut your tails!

  • Step 8

    Attach the pom-pom to your hat! One at a time, thread the two tails from your pom pom into your yarn needle, and pull them through the top of your hat.

  • Final result!
