Step 1
Gather your materials.

Roll out blue clay and cover the peg’s body in it.
Step 3
Make a cone out of red clay, and pinch the bottom to make a hat shape.
Step 4
Roll several small balls out of white clay and press them into the hat. Reshape as necessary.
Step 5
Firmly place the hat on the peg’s head. You may need to add extra clay or glue to secure it.
