Step 1
I let my daughter pick out a few large foam stickers to become pencil toppers. She went with a kitty and dog on this day.
Step 2
We wrapped each pencil with 2 pipe cleaners, leaving about half an inch of pipe cleaner at the eraser side of the pencil.
Step 3
Next, we added a sticker to the end where we'd left extra pipe cleaner length.
Step 4
Using the same sticker we sealed our topper.
Final result!
They came out adorable, and would make great party favors!
