Step-by-step tutorial

  • Step 1

We first laid the sticky side of the contact paper on a flat working surface. Next, my daughter and I worked together to make a stained glass style house using the black puffy paint. We let this dry overnight.

  • Step 2

In the morning our stained glass art was ready to get some color. Emma used glitter glue and colored glue (glue+paint) to fill in the house.

It already looked so beautiful. We let the art dry overnight once again.

  • Final result!

When it was completely dry we pulled the contact paper up and cut the excess paper around the house. It stuck right to our window and looked beautiful as the sun hit all the different colors.
