Step 1
I had to help get these made, but after that the kids definitely knew what to do!
Step 2
I filled all the water balloons and cut the rubber bands so they were just a long open piece. Next, I tied one end of the rubber band to the balloon and they were done.
Step 3
My kids love these. They bounce them like crazy and sometimes pop them mid-air which get lots of giggles!
Final result!
These would be very cool to have at a summer birthday party.
