No Bake Peanut Butter Bites

Step-by-step tutorial

  • Step 1

    Put two graham crackers in a plastic bag. Crush them with a rolling pin or spoon. Pour the crumbs into a bowl or pie pan.

  • Step 2

    Mix together 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and 1 Tablespoon of honey. Add 1/4 cup sunflower seeds and 2 Tablespoons of raisins. Mix.

  • Step 3

    Make balls with the peanut butter mixture.

  • Step 4

    Roll the balls in the graham cracker crumbs. Put the finished peanut butter bites into the fridge for about an hour.

  • Final result!

    She did it all by herself and they were so delicious! It was so hard for her to wait an hour to try one so we ate one before they were cooled and it was still tasty (just more gooey than after the hour in the fridge).
