Step 1
We pulled our ice cream sandwiches out of the freezer and got right to work while they were very cold.
Step 2
My daughter chose a star cookie cutter to use. She pressed it into the sandwich and pushed the star right out.
Step 3
Quickly she rolled each one in the sprinkles and placed it onto a sheet of wax paper.
Step 4
My two-year old was "helping" us, but not too many of his stars made it to the sprinkles!
Done!
They came out so pretty! We thought these would be fun to make for so many occasions, If you are not eating them immediately, just wrap in the wax paper and pop in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
