Three-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Yummy, what could be better than a warm plate of peanut butter cookies? This recipe is one of my and my daughter's favorite--they're as delicious to eat as they are easy to make!

Step-by-step tutorial

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Crack one egg into a bowl. If you are working with a little one, you can measure the ingredients for them. For older children, they can do it themselves. My 2.5 year old loved pouring the ingredients in herself!

  • Step 3

    Measure and add in a cup of sugar.

  • Step 4

    Measure and add in a cup of peanut butter. This can get sticky--make sure your child has clean hands and fingers!

  • Step 5

    Mix the three ingredients together well with a spoon. My daughter loved this part and was able to do it all on her own!

  • Step 6

    Drop the dough by the spoonful on the parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.

  • Step 7

    Take a fork and lightly press down on each cookie. My daughter thought this part was very funny!

  • Step 8

    Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Do not over-bake! They should come out soft.

  • Final result!

    Cool and enjoy! My daughter gobbled her cookies down with a nice glass of cold milk.
