Step 1
Cut on the dotted lines. Then fold on the fold lines to make two cards. Cut on the dotted lines on the card (from the folded edge) to create a pop-up strip. Fold the strip over toward the card opening. Crease.
Step 2
Open the card and push the pop-up strip up. Close the card, so that the strip is tucked inside the card.
Step 3
Glue the other folded card over the outside of the card with the pop-up strip.
Step 4
Color and cut out the picture (birds, flowers, or heart) you would like to attach to your pop-up card. Use glue or double-sided tape to attach the picture to the pop up strip. Then fold the card to make your shape pop up!
Final result!
Decorate the front and inside of the card. Don't forget to write a special message for Mom inside!
