  • Step 1

    We chose nice, thick paper for the animals.

  • Step 2

    Madeleine wanted to make a zebra first, so she took a piece of white cardstock, and made a pattern on the paper.

  • Step 3

    Next, she turned the paper over, and drew a shape for the head, the legs, and an oval for the body, and cut those out.

  • Step 4

    She used the hole punch for attaching the parts, and then fastened them on with the brads.

    The zebra must have a mane, so he was given one—along with a tail—made of yarn,

    We had to make a tiger, too!
