Step 1
Cut the lid off the box to make a stage. Tape the box down to the table so it doesn’t move during filming.
Step 2
Position your phone so that the camera is focused on the stage. You can raise up your phone with books or a cardboard box.
Step 3
Use masking tape to mark the position so you can keep your phone in the same spot.
Step 4
Plan your story and set up your figures on the stage. Keep it simple to start with!
Step 5
Create a new video in your stop motion app, and take your first photo.
Step 6
Move your figures a tiny bit, then take another photo. Keep moving your figures and taking photos until your video is complete.
