Gather your materials.

Fold a sheet of cardstock in half.
Step 3
Use colored paper cutouts to make a table and a turkey shape. Glue onto card.
Step 4
Add a beak, a wattle and eyes.
Step 5
Cut out the shape of the turkey's feathers behind it.
Step 6
Glue parchment paper behind the cutout.
Step 7
Color the inner side of the parchment paper.
Step 8
Arrange copper tape like this inside the card.
Step 9
Glue a battery on this end, with the positive side up.
Step 10
Fold a small piece of paper in half and tape it on the other end.
Step 11
Connect the battery to the paper switch with a line of copper tape. Make sure the tape goes on both sides of the paper switch.
Step 12
Tape an LED between the top gap. Make sure the long pin of the LED is on the right side. When you press on the paper switch, the LED will light up.
Step 13
Add a "press" button to the cover of your card, over the spot where the paper switch is.
Done!
Press the button and watch the turkey's feathers light up!
