My grandson enjoyed watching the swirly paint. He was excited to bring home to Mommy something he had made. I liked that the kit made 3 ornaments- one for home and one for each set of grandparents.

So excited!

This project was such a fun thing to do with my kiddo leading up to the holidays. The outcome, while not quite what was on the website, was still fun and festive and the kiddo pointed out the ornaments he made.to everyone who came to visit.

Family fun

We liked that it was simple and easy to do together. It allowed creativity by mixing colors. Everybody loved receiving ornaments as gifts. We had extra watercolor and glitter glue so we used extra ornaments that we already owned to make additional gifts.

Great little project just beware it stains. The yellow and red combo does not show as pretty as the green and blue.

I wish they came with more bulbs, but it was fun. I have 4 kids from 5-16. We bought two boxes, and of course my oldest was too old for this project(so she says), so the other kiddos each did two. It was fun! I did find that the less amount of coloring actually stayed on the ornament. They turned out very pretty and most of the kiddos actually got some quality family time. 

We loved them... all ages!

This project looked pretty cool and easy, but the color was too transparent. And it didn’t stay stuck to the sides. By morning, when it should have been dry, all the color was in the bottom of the ball and the ball was almost completely clear. We did learn about color mixing with this project which is why I gave it two stars. 

Colors didn’t stick

Agree with other reviews. It was fun to do but the paint does not stick. My dyes also leaked in the packaging which was not very fun.

Good enough 

This was a fun project, but the paint didn’t stay in the ornaments very well... we were left with a tinge of color and a few specks of glitter in each one.  They are cute anyway, and she is excited to give one to her favorite neighbor.

Cute

I originally had rated this 2 stars because the first one we tried leaked completely out and never dried even after a few days. I tried it again after shaking the glitter paint and I think that made all the difference, it must have had all the liquid on top. The next two looked pretty good though not as darkly colored or thick as the picture shows
