Can I choose the start date of my subscription?: Of course! Whether you're planning in advance or giving a gift, you can start a subscription and choose the month you would like to start receiving deliveries. Here's how to do it:
1. In checkout, click the edit link underneath your subscription
2. Select a start month in the "Subscription starts" dropdown
3. That's it!
Can I get the first crate of the subscription shipped to me?: You bet — and this is our favorite way to surprise the recipient if you're seeing them over the holidays! You can give them the first crate in person and then, starting with the second crate, the rest of the subscription will be delivered straight to their door after Christmas. Here's how you do it:
1. In the Shipping section of checkout, select "Are you gifting this as a gift?"
2. Select "Ship the first crate to you to give the gift in person" and enter your address below.
3. That's it – happy gifting!
When will my order ship? When will it arrive?: All orders shipped via standard shipping after 12/19 will arrive after Christmas. If you need something to put under the tree in the meantime, you can print a notecard or mini crate here. If you'd rather give a gift digitally, get a gift card here!
