Step-by-step tutorial

  • Step 1

I cut an egg shape from a large piece of card stock and the kids gathered a few materials they wanted to use to decorate their eggs.

  • Step 2

We cut tissue squares and paper and used several different ribbons to glue onto our eggs. Sequins are always a big hit in our house and great for those little fine motor skills.

By adding some different items to this egg it created a lot of beautiful color and texture to our Easter egg. It also made for a very proud little artist!
