Engineer with the robot crawler

Students investigate how the robot crawler moves and explore concepts such as electrical energy, linkages, and friction. They also experiment with locomotion, redesigning the robot crawler to be as fast or as strong as possible. By the end of the project, students will be budding robotics engineers.

Expect lots of discovery, tinkering . . . and the occasional runaway robot!
