Interesting Insects

LOVE the Tic Tac Toe Game. It is so clever and cute! My guys plan to take theirs on vacation with us to play in the back seat! I love that everything stays together in a nice little case.

Both my kids thought this was the best crate so far. They loved making a bug collection and kept returning to the project for about a week. They both wanted white playdoh, but we ended up just making some since they kept making more bugs long after the kiwi crate playdoh was used up.

I really liked that I could order for 2 kids so there was no fighting. Both of my girls loved makeing the dough bugs. I also liked that it was crafts that we could not already make out of stuff at our house, and everything was good quality.

Not only was this crate fun to make but the fun continues with the games! One of the few kiwi crate projects we have kept and used repeatedly. We love the timelessness of the tic tac toe and thought that the bug game board was super cute. Love the durability of the pieces, and again, visually appealing. We made butterflies, fireflies and caterpillars...

My son enjoyed the bug "shooter" the best. The tic tac toe game is very cute, but its not something that my son was interested in playing with. It might be his age...Don't know for sure. Both my sons are still snuggling with their glow-in-the-dark sock worms from last year. That box was awesome. :) Again my son is young-(age 4) so he was less interested in the magazine. Overall I think the quality of the materials is fantastic. Some of the projects are a hit and others not as much, simply based on my kid's interests.

Both projects were good but the dragonfly shooter was a definite hit with my kids. It was easy for them to do themselves. The bug tick tack toe was a hit with my daughter who loves that it's tranportable to take it with us.
