Painted Canvas Pouches
Draw inspiration from the ancient art of batik (wax-resist fabric dyeing) to design two canvas zipper pouches. Draw a resist design in glue, then paint over the fabric in vibrant colors. Let your pouches dry, then rinse them off to see your glue design peeking through! Top it off with a custom zipper tag, and you'll be ready to store your stuff in style.

Ability for my 9 year old to complete it on his own. High quality materials. Easy to follow instructions with pictures.

The instructions were very clear on everything and my 10 year old loved that she could do it all by her self. Great quality.

I liked the paint colors, and the technique was fun. I also enjoyed that the project can be used for school. I’m going into high school and I needed some new pencil bags!
