Mechanical Bird

Awesome!

We liked the bird crate because it shows the kids how the bird actually moves when it is flying.

Great demonstration

I love the mix of nature and aeronautical engineering! The kids have been asking my ears off about lift and wing constructions all week.

Sparked an interest

I liked how there were many parts and you get the idea and understanding about how a bird uses its wings.

Hands-on learning

No complaints! The activity itself was excellent, and so were the follow up activities in the booklet.

Excellent activity

The gears spin freely, the detail on the bird is good. Easy to build.

Easy to build!

My grandchildren love all of these projects. They never want them to end. All four of them ages 6 to 13. We have a new one year old whom I will have to add to the list in a couple of years.

Great for all the kids

Declan liked all crates. they were challenging and interesting for him. What we didn’t like was the delivery service and having to track them down each month.
