Step 1
You can use foam sheets (thicker ones) or a new kitchen sponge to have your child cut shapes out for the stamp. Next, glue the shapes onto a wooden base to create their stamp. We used part of an old frame to do this step.
Step 2
This project was great because it was two crafts in one. We made the stamp one day and set it outside to dry completely. The next day we got to work on the t-shirt.
Step 3
Your child can customize this shirt by painting the paint right onto the stamp.
Step 4
Stamping is pretty fun for kids. My daughter thought this was the best part, especially when she lifted her stamp to reveal the beautiful creation she made.

We thought the t-shirt came out so cute that we decided a gift for a new baby cousin arriving any day now was a must!
Step 6
After you are done with the craft, you are left not only with a cute new t-shirt, but also a pretty cool stamp that can be used over and over again. I may need to make myself a tribal t-shirt soon!
