Step-by-step tutorial
Step 1
All you need are a set of dry-erase markers and a glove or mitten, and you're ready to go. Washable dry-erase markers are a must for this project. We did get a few stray marks on the door below the window of the car, but they came right off.
Step 2
We used the cup holder of the booster seat to hold the markers.
Step 3
I asked my son to draw whatever he wanted to, but if he needed inspiration, he could simply draw anything he saw from the window that looked interesting.
Step 4
He went with a transportation theme.
Step 5
When he was ready to erase, he used his winter glove.
Final result!
Then back to drawing again! It was super easy and a lot of fun. And the marker washed out of the gloves with no problem.
