Spring Stones

These pretty glass stones are fun to create, and so fun to decide how to use! Will they have magnets on the back? Will they be used for game pieces? Will they be used for a treasure-hunting game in the garden? Will they be used as stepping stones in the fairy garden? What will you decide?!?

  • Step 1

    Another lovely use for our collection of pretty papers! We love that!

  • Step 2

    Madeleine had butterfly paper she wanted to use, so for a couple of the stones she used two different papers. She cut out her butterflies,

  • Step 3

    and traced around the stone on background paper,

    and cut that out.

  • Step 5

    Maddie brushed the glue onto the bottom (flat side) of the stones, and on went the butterfly first, then the background.

  • Final result!
