Step-by-step tutorial
Step 1
Start by cutting a star shape out of white paper (I did this step for my 3 year old daughter). Then, I had my daughter press it down on the sticky side of a piece of clear contact paper.
Step 2
Next, carefully cut around and trim the edges of the star. I also did this step for my daughter.
Step 3
Now, it's time to decorate! I laid out some pom poms, foam pieces, and feathers for her to stick on. You can add whatever magical decorations you like!
Step 4
What is a wishing wand without some glitter?! My daughter carefully added silver glitter to hers.
Step 5
Next, tape a pipe cleaner to the bottom for the wand's handle. My daughter couldn't wait to use it!
