Step 1
1. Make muffins in the muffin liners.
Step 2
2. Stick 4 skewers into the top of the muffin with the pointy side up.
Step 3
3. Blow up one balloon, tie it off, and place it on top of the skewers.
Step 4
4. Tape the end of each skewer to the side of the balloon with the washi tape.
Final result!
5. Make more hot air balloons!
