Step 1
Cut on the dotted lines. Then fold on the fold lines to make two cards. Cut on the dotted lines on the card (from the folded edge) to create a pop-up strip. Fold the strip over toward the card opening. Crease.
Step 2
Open the card and push the pop-up strip up. Close the card, so that the strip is tucked inside the card.
Step 3
Glue the other folded card over the outside of the card with the pop-up strip.
Step 4
Color and cut out the picture (birds, flowers, or heart) you would like to attach to your pop-up card. Use glue or double-sided tape to attach the picture to the pop-up strip. Then fold the card to make your shape pop up!
Final result!
Decorate the front and inside of the card. Don't forget to write a special message for your friend inside!
