Step 1
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of sugar and 4 eggs.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of vegetable oil, a can of pumpkin, 2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
Step 3
Use your mixer to beat all of the ingredients together really well. Put the pumpkin mixture into a greased baking sheet.
Final result!
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Poke a toothpick in the middle and when it comes out clean, it is ready. These pumpkin bars are perfect for Fall, but for our family they are a year around snack!
