Step 1
This is a great busy activity for a toddler. With a few kitchen tools this is a wonderful invitation for a young child to explore.
Step 2
I used a large storage container for our cereal play. Along with pipe cleaner (for threading the cereal) and a few scoops we were all set to play.
Final result!
My oldest enjoyed making snack bracelets with the pipe cleaners, but my son was into scooping and digging. This was a great sensory play activity using a new material. That always seems to make it more exciting to my children!
